NewHad to sell my property. Googled best reviewed realtors. Ramon and Matt Sanchez Real Estate popped up. So I gave them a call. Ramon came over personally and explain the options selling. I choose the quick and stress-free option. Ramon sent personnel over to me to go over the the documents and have them signed. They were professional and supportive in every step. In one and a half weeks, the escrow closed. Ramon has 35 years of service to the community. If you need property to sell or buy, give Ramon & Matt a call.

Matthew was absolutely amazing. Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are for everything he did to help us find our dream home.As first gen homebuyers, we were nervous about the process and wanted to make sure we worked with someone who truly had our best interests. From day one, Matthew exceeded every expectation. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and he never once made us feel rushed into choosing a home or submitting an offer we were not completely comfortable with.Whenever we sent him a list of homes we wanted to see, he was quick to schedule appointments and often put together routes of open houses for us to visit. My husband and I both work during the week, so our schedules were limited, but Matthew was incredibly accommodating. He consistently made time for us on weekends and even holidays so we could continue our home search.Throughout the entire process, Matthew was honest, communicative, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Toward the end of our search thanks to him we had two offers accepted in the same weekend and were able to choose the home that was the best fit for our family. We truly believe we would not be in our current home without Matthew. His negotiation skills were exceptional, and he was able to secure more than $20,000 in closing credits for us.We have already recommended Matthew to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so. He is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to his clients. We could not be happier with our experience and wish him nothing but continued success. Any client would be lucky to have him as their realtor.

¡Gracias, Matt y Jade!

We had a wonderful experience working with Matt and Jade Sanchez on the purchase of our investment property in Pico Rivera. From day one, they were helpful, responsive, and always eager to answer our questions, no matter how many we had.Being bilingual, they made sure everything was clear and easy to understand every step of the way. They truly took care of our needs and made the process feel smooth and stress-free.What we appreciate most is that their help didn't stop at closing. When we decided to look into refinancing, they were still a great resource and pointed us in the right direction. If you're looking for trusted real estate agents in Pico Rivera, whether you're buying a home or an investment property, we highly recommend Matt and Jade!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Matt Sanchez on a regular basis, and he is truly one of the best real estate agents I work with. Matt is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always puts his clients’ best interests first. What really stands out to me is his ability to negotiate. I’ve seen Matt negotiate great deals for his clients, including significant closing cost credits that help buyers save thousands of dollars. He knows how to structure an offer, communicate effectively with all parties, and keep a transaction moving toward a successful closing.I would especially recommend Matt to any first-time home buyer. He takes the time to educate his clients, explain the process, and make sure they feel confident from beginning to end.If you’re looking for a real estate agent in Pico Rivera or the surrounding Los Angeles area, Matt is one of the best agents you can work with. He is one of the top agents in his company, and as a lender who works with real estate professionals every day, I would confidently refer my clients, friends, and family to him.

We couldn't be happier with our experience buying a duplex in Los Angeles with Ramon and Matthew Sanchez. My son and I went in with a specific goal — a multi-unit property that made sense as an investment for both of us — and Ramon and Matt understood exactly what we needed from day one.Throughout the process, they was knowledgeable, responsive, and patient with all our questions, especially since this was a bit more complex than a standard single-family purchase. Matt and Ramon walked us through the numbers, helped us evaluate the property's potential, and negotiated on our behalf to get us a great deal. Communication was fast and clear at every step, and we never felt lost or unsure of what was happening. As a father and son team, we appreciated how these realtors worked with both of us individually and made sure we were aligned before moving forward on decisions. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and genuinely supportive. If you're looking for an agent who knows how to handle multi-unit purchases and treats you like a priority, we highly recommend Ramon and Matthew Sanchez. Thank you for helping us make this investment together! If you need a realtor with over 35 years experience and that really care please reach out to this father son and family team!

Amazing father and son duo! Helped me with all my real estate needs. Highly recommend and more than happy to refer to all my friends and family! Not pushy and also easy going the perfect combo in my personal opinion. Called him up through a friend who referred me and he spoke highly of him and to no surprised I can see why. If you or your friends need any help or are struggling hit him up!
