I’ve lost over 2 stone and I’m fitter than I’ve been in years. Can’t thank Carl enough.
After only a couple of weeks at Rise I not only felt like part of a team, but was starting to see serious results. Since then I have consistently hit PBs at almost every race I've participated in. Carl is really proactive and supportive. His app is easy to use and is a great tool to track and be accountable. Carl does a lot to motivate you, as well as using the my-zone devices and encouraging you to join in on the challenges!! The group is so friendly, welcoming and supportive too. Highly recommend.... With the team around you and staying connected through myzone and the community chat this is a solid base for success! We are a family and we help each other. Any new team members are warmly welcomed and so much appreciated! Our regular 8 week challenges help us to focus , make things fun, everyone can join and other than your health benefits you can win amazing prizes. We are there for each other … for me there has never been a better success story than RISE and the challenges we take on as an individuals within a supportive team environment. My problems became 9kg lighter and I’m still going! Without the people, the challenges and my amazing Coach, Carl, this wouldn’t have happened! Less

Had a workout with Carl at Nafferton rec and it was really great. Love the heart rate monitoring it made me work harder!!
Carl gives amazing support and fitness challenges for all abilities, you dont feel uncomfortable but at ease doing the sessions.The support i found really encouraging and the group fitness fun. I also found the food log really beneficial. I would reccomend Carl and concept fitness 8 week Challenge as the ongoing contact, support and group comments is great to keep you focused. Carl Is a very good PT. He keeps you motivated at all times. Nothing is too much for him. If you have a bad day or two Carl will get you back on track. His sessions are brilliant. The group have all lost either Weight or inches or both. I highly recommend him.... More

😄The Concept Fitness 8 week challenge is a great way to get fit, loose centimetres & weight. So it is an all round challenge. I have found doing the fitness challenge very motivating. You see the other members of the team & they motivate you to work harder. You have a personal nutrition plan which you record daily & this encourages you to eat more healthily. You get help & feedback re: your activities & your nutrition plan, which again gives you encouragement. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. The regime is personalised to meet the individuals requirements. I would say to anyone considering joining the team not to hesitate. You will find The Concept Fitness 8 week challenge is good value for money & I'm sure it will be of great benefit to you. Less
