Working with Erik and the guys over at Visualize fitness has been one of the best decisions I have made for my baseball career and overall training journey. I've been working with Erik a little more than a year now and my training has done wonders for me. He has helped me gain weight and get stronger while also helping me get faster with speed training. On top of all of that Erik has also been a mentor to me. He is always so easy to talk to and get advice from whenever I have a concern about lifting or baseball. His guidance has brought me into contact with so many other helpful people throughout my training process, whether it was the strength coaches he works with, or other collegiate athletes that train with him. The entire crew at Visualize has been nothing but amazing when working with me and I cannot thank them enough for making me the best player I can be.

My time there didn’t just physically transform me as an athlete and baseball player, but mentally transformed me as a person as well.Erik and his staff genuinely care about every athlete who walks through the door. It’s not a place where they only care about your money or getting you in and out. They truly want to see you grow, improve, and succeed both as an athlete and as a person.
