I really enjoyed Erik's class this morning. He takes the time to explain the workout in detail and constantly checks our form during class. He offers several modifications for all skill levels. I highly recommend his gym and his classes!

Erik’s workouts are challenging but I feel so accomplished after each workout. He ensures my technique is correct and provides any necessary modifications to avoid injuries. I’ve only been working out at Visualize for a little over a month but there is always something new to keep it interesting (like today’s seesaw pushups). I’ve been looking for the right gym and trainers for YEARS, since my last gym closed, I feel like I’ve finally found the right spot and look forward to finally getting back in shape!
