Our experience with Reliable Exterior Solutions was nothing short of fantastic. Seth was incredibly helpful and straightforward explaining the siding work we would need done. He got the estimate to us right away and immediately began working on setting up everything. Hannah was super efficient and quick with communications organizing everything from pay to paint color. Sebastian and his team did a fantastic job with the repair work and were so careful with the painting. Everyone made sure we were involved every step of the way and did their best to minimize the inconvenience. We now have the best looking siding in the neighborhood. I plan to use Reliable Exterior Solutions again in the future and have already been recommending them to everyone who needs work done. we loved Reliable Exterior! Seth helped us navigate a nasty insurance claim and even nastier Sandy Springs permitting process. Once the crew was able to start working, they were fast, professional, & hard working.Seth helped us redo our wrap around deck that was damaged during a storm. The finished deck was even better than when we started! improved stability & up to code!!

My contractor Seth Bullard and his team did an excellent job for me. Seth was a strong advocate for me with my insurance company after a storm destroyed my screened in porch , damaged my roof and gutters. With his team the porch was rebuilt, new roof and gutters were installed. All of the workers (team) were punctual, efficient and kept the work area clean. Very respectful and would answer any of my questions. I especially have to commend Scott Taylor on his skill and precise attention to the building of my porch. I definitely would recommend this company and would call them for any future projects. Seth and Hannah treated me like family and I felt the same way. I thank them for helping me get through this with their calm and quiet manner.

We have lived in our house for almost 20 years, and we needed a lot of work done…new deck, the inside of our garage was falling apart, repairing all of the spots in our siding that were deteriorating, repairing and repainting our fence, etc, etc. The guys with Reliable Exterior Solutions did an amazing job with all of it!! They were extremely thorough and exceeded our expectations with everything. Professional, courteous, and super easy to work with (and if your daughter accidentally touches wet paint, they go back and fix it with a smile!)I am already making a list of other things that I want done around the house next year, because I know it will be done the right way.
