Make sure they have the fob for your car before they come in to do the job if not, they will charge you a different price… They told me they will unlock my truck and make the fob for$220 When they open the truck, they don’t have the right fob So they tried to charge me $150 to unlock my truck I can unlock muy truck my self I done it before…they know from the beginning they don’t have the parts because they as for the model of the truck year and all that information and they are in the business for year to now that truck don’t work whit aftermarket fob they do it to charge more Less

I needed my house locks rekeyed recently. I called this company and they dispatched me Steve the Locksmith. He said he will come in 25 minutes which he did. He saw my doors and gave me a reasonable price up front, no surprises. Steve really did do a wonderful job for me, and fixed some other issues I had for no additional cost. My experience was horrific dealing with this locksmith company. The service requested was a key replacement and programing the key to the car because I losted my original key. The locksmith had a problem making the keys, I was told that he tried several style keys and he was unable to completely program the key. He offered me the unprogrammed keys at a supposed discount and promised to order the key. After contacting him several times I don't have a key that works correctly. Everytime I put it in the door it triggers the alarm. It so flimsy I'm terrified it's going to break. After contacting there office to correct this issue all I get is push back and a run around. I wouldn't recommend this company or unskilled tech to anyone but Satan whose business is to deceive! Less
