The team was prompt and explained the process very well. They thoroughly brushed, washed, dried, thinned, trimmed and scissor cut our incredibly dirty tangled Sheltie. In his five years of life he’s only been groomed by a family friend so he was super nervous. But the great grooming team handled it all in stride and soon enough he was thoroughly enjoying their care. The outcome was terrific and was surprisingly affordable for such personalized service.
