I have been with Kimlin for the past 15 years after bad experiences with other gas suppliers and I always appreciated the customer support they give. I misread the tank Guage on their propane tanks so I called them and told them my tanks were empty. Their customer service personnel Carrie Wood setup delivery for that day and they came out and filled tank. Also checked all of their tank Guage's to verify all was OK !THEY WERE GREAT IN THEIR SERVICE, DELIVERY AND IT WAS A PLEASURE TO TALK TO CARRIE !!! I RECOMMEND THEM FOR EVERYONE !!!SINCERELY,H. Otto PersonFollow Up :I was screwed by Kimlin Propane recently. I had a prior contract with them where I had an agreement that I would purchase 1200 gals. of Propane at $2.29/gal. Which was Great !Apparently the last time they filled my two 120 gal. tanks, they filled one with approximately 20 gals. at $2.29/gal and then without telling me, they went ahead and filled the remaining tank with 117 gals. +- at a cost of $5.29/gal..Since the weather is nice and I could have done without the Propane at that high cost and if they would have informed me, I would have said NO ! But instead they filled it at that high price and took the money from my checking account since I have automatic payment.And normally they call a day ahead of delivery which they didn't this time.Well I called them twice in the last two weeks and was told that they would see if they could reduce that price. We'll they have not replied and there's nothing I can do except to find a new Propane Company. I've been with them for over 20 years and have never been treated this way before.So at this point I will tell everyone, NOT TO USE KIMLIN PROPANE, PERIOD !Have a nice day to all !!!Sincerely,H. Otto PersonBack again,Kimlin just dropped their price for the above mentioned issue from $5.29/gal to $2.59/gal which gave me a credit.Right now, since a new cost for a new agreement will be out, I will use that credit for my new price agreement .They came thru, but it took awhile which they apologized for.At this point, I would recommend their services since they helped me out and I do understand prices for everything is going up. So an increase of $0.30/gal is acceptable and I look forward in continuing using them for all my propane needs.Their office management and staff are great people and help whenever they can for the elderly !!!Thank YouGod BlessSincerely,H. Phone call started off with who she had the pleasure of speaking with. It was not going to be a pleasure at first..had a bill that had been outstanding that I did not even know about. Christine was kind enough to break down my itemized bill and bring my account up to date. Customer service has been very good recently.
