From the first day of Lettie visiting my home to discuss rates I was totally impressed. Not only did she look around, but she ran her finger over doorframes, moved curtains aside, looked behind open doors, even opening the microwave and ovens. This gave her the opportunity to determine how long, what was needed and what the appropriate cost for cleaning would be. Now remember, if you are looking for a cheaper price, you get what you pay for, but that is not the case with this company. Their price was competitive with others and the work was so much more superior! Not just swiffering baseboards, but actually cleaning them. Not just opening doors, but actually cleaning them, doorknobs cleaned and light switches were white again, no fingerprints!I referred the company to many others who were also extremely pleased, as they also had gone through what I had prior to finding her.Unfortunately I am no longer living in Westfield and have moved to Florida and I am missing them!!!! I have had 3 different crews and not one has met the standards I have become accustomed to from Quality Clean Indy. Now if I can just talk her into moving to Florida I would be an extremely happy customer! Oh, and did I mention, Quality Clean Indy had ever been the only cleaning service that I used that I trusted letting into my home when I was not there. IYKYK what I mean.
