Eddy and his crew were wonderful! Eddy has an eye for aesthetics and thinks out of the box. Problems came up but none he couldn't solve. Communication was easy and frequent. Working with Eddy from Yalan Construction on our home renovation (porch conversion to dining room) was wonderful. He proved himself to be honest and trustworthy, consistently doing what he said he would do, when he said he would do it—invaluable in a home renovation project. He’s a great communicator, very pleasant to work with, and stayed hands-on throughout the project. He paid close attention to detail, kept a clean job site, and consistently double-checked to ensure everything was done with quality. Eddy worked around our financial constraints and was truly interested in doing the right thing rather than cutting corners, which we so appreciated. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had (another amazing and rare trait). His subcontractors were nice and did good work and his pricing was significantly better than other bids I received. The final renovation is beautiful and exactly like the digital rendering he provided to ensure his plan aligned with our vision. Overall, Eddy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished dining room and I can't recommend him and Yalco Construction enough!

Eddy and the Yalco Construction team are outstanding, and part of our family at this point. We have used Eddy for everything from remodeling bathrooms in a 100 year old house, to help getting 100 year old windows boarded before a major hurricane. Eddy is responsive, on-budget and on-time, in addition to being a very kind person. We have been very impressed with some of the subs that Eddy uses, and have frequently relied on them for occasional specialist work. Regardless of your project size, I think any property owner would be wise to hire Eddy and the Yalco team for their next job.
