Mike Wallace did a thorough job of evaluating my current system and making recommendations for replacement with a range of options to consider. He was polite, knowledgable, and professional throughout. He positively influenced my decision although I have not come to a final decision. He did not try to pressure me, which is one of my big turn-offs when considering work, but laid out the work, the benefits of each, and options. As for the questions below, I have not paid yet and the estimate was free.

I had the pleasure of working with Connor on getting a quote for my HVAC to be repaired and he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Connor was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to point out issues I wasn't even aware of. I brought in C.D. Shanahan for a 2nd opinion, and they confirmed that a $6,500 repair deemed critical and urgent by another vendor was not even needed, as I suspected. Very impressed with this initial service and their tech and purchased a maintenance agreement with this company based on this.

Ashley answered the phone and was very helpful and reassuring. She was able to find a technician, Elijah, to come the next day. He was amazing. He figured out what the problem was, explained it to me in plain English, and was able to repair the system at that time. Before he left the air condition was working beautiful. This, after a week of living in 90+ degree heat most of the time. He went over the range of the cost I should expect. It seemed reasonable. I am very impressed by CD Shanahan thus far and am thinking I may have found the HVAC Co.I can rely on in the future!

We have used CD Shanahan multiple times now. They are prompt, reliable, knowledgable, professional, thorough. Scheduling is seamless and communication is great, both from the main office and the individuals coming out to do the work.
