We had a great experience with the Naught Medellín team during our trip. The team was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. They guided us safely through the city and made sure we were comfortable at all times.At one point while we were walking on the street, the police questioned us, and the Concierge handled the situation calmly and professionally.
