I was really worried about safety on my first visit Medellin as a solo male traveller. I had heard a lot of negative experiences of men going out alone at night. A friend of mine referred me to the Naughty Medellin Instagram channel and I am so grateful. I contacted Dante and he put me in touch with David who was my guide. David was amazing. Over several days we toured Communa 13, Parque Avni and more. At night he took me to a number of the top spots and clubs around the infamous Parque Lleras. He was not just my guide; he was a friend and a great wingman! It was great to hang out with someone who had local knowledge and contacts at the best spots & clubs. The whole experience felt very safe. Some of the clubs were amazing - so many beautiful girls. Overall, I was very impressed with David's commitment to make sure that I had a good time. It was exceptional that even after all the tours had ended, David continued to check in periodically to make sure I was ok. He continued to help with any further questions that I might have.
