The booking process was seamless. I selected the day and night events I was interested in, received a quote, and booked. I felt confident sending a deposit based on their great reviews, and social proof they have on Instagram.Once I arrived in Medellin things went as smooth as can be. The driver was at the airport within 5 minutes. During my entire stay, even outside of my planned events with the company, there was open communication through WhatsApp with nearly instantaneous responses.
