We had a wonderful experience with Cendy. She is sweet and very patient. It was my 3 year old’s first haircut and she was at ease and loved her haircut. It’s such a fun place to be and the haircut was exactly what we wanted (even better). We will definitely be back.

Haircuts have always been a challenge for my 6-year-old son because he’s extremely sensitive, and they usually end in tears. Today was completely different thanks to Cendy at Sharkey’s Nanuet.She was so patient, kind, and understanding, and she took the time to listen to exactly what he wanted. Not only did she give him the haircut he asked for, but she made him feel comfortable the entire time. For the first time ever, he got through a haircut without shedding a single tear!I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you have a child who’s nervous or sensitive about haircuts, I can’t recommend Cendy enough. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at this salon! The staff - Candy, was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming with my child from the moment we walked in. They made the haircut fun and stress-free, and the stylist did an amazing job. The salon was clean, family-friendly, and created such a comfortable environment for kids. It was my Daughter’s first Haircut and Cendy made the experience so wonderful! She was welcoming, Pleasant and truly smiling the entire time she was cutting my daughter’s hair. She didn’t rush at all, She took the time while washing her hair to really give her a cute little scout massage, and made her feel so comfortable. We will go back to Cendy every time! I luckily got an appointment with Cendy and it was totally an awesome experience. My son is three and she had patience and did a phenomenal job on my wiggly little dude. Our first visit to Sharkey’s Haircuts was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Cendy went above and beyond—she was incredibly patient, professional, and took her time to make sure my son’s haircut came out perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her work and about making kids feel comfortable.As a parent, that means everything. My son can be a little picky, but she handled everything with such a calm and friendly attitude that he felt completely at ease. He walked out smiling, confident, and already asking to come back again.The environment was clean, welcoming, and very kid-friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We had our first haircut at Sharkey's Nanuet this past weekend. I brought my 3.5 year old son who doesnt like the buzzing sound near his ears. Taylor did our cut and she was incredible -- patient, child-friendly communication and handling, and observant. The few moments my son showed resistance, her calm coaching helped him ease up and allow her to complete a very neat haircut, down to even sideburns and lineup. Very thankful for their patience and inplan to return.
