Albaik Tahini is a great place to get fresh premium milled tahini. The store is located on Arlington Heights but they also have a kiosk on Fridays at the Schaumburg Farmers Market. The service is friendly and samples are given out for you to try a number of items they offer.The falafel’s are made fresh and fried to order (see the video!) They are the best I’ve had in a long time. Seasoned nicely, crispy on the outside, fluffy and light on the inside with a very nice texture.The tahini is fresh milled. The flavor is smooth and not at all pasty, gritty or thick like other brands. It goes well with so many food items.They also have other items like pita chips and fresh made za’atar seasoned breads. It’s nice to have all these authentic fresh made items available locally!

When I tell you this was the best Mediterranean authentic food I had. It was sooooo delicious and fresh!!!The family is also extremely nice and beautiful people. The baba ganoush, the chips, The falafel, 🥙. I met them at the Farmers Market in Chicago. I am going back!!!!!!

Visit these guys at the Arlington Heights farmers market!!!!! Some of the best falafel I’ve ever had. The tahini is a great deal for how delicious it is. Baba ghanoush and hummus is also insanely delicious.
