Michaelis was great to work with and would highly recommend. Nick Davis did a great job at explaining everything to me, making it a reasonable price and ensuring my home buyer's needs were met and they felt comfortable. It was really great he even took time to talk to my homebuyer as well to make sure they understood the work as well. Would highly recommend.

There were numerous people involved in my project. However, the ones that stand out were Eric and Austin. Both of them went out of their way to make sure I was always informed throughout my project. After my project was complete both of them followed up afterwards to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend using Michaelis.

Unfortunately we had a septic backup that had spilled into our crawl space. After having the septic pumped out we still had a terrible odor coming from the crawl space. I attempted to clean and sanitize the crawl space on my own to no avail. I contacted our insurance agent about who he would use and he recommended Michael’s. Dan got in contact with me almost immediately and asked about our situation. He sent Orion out the next day and he assessed the scope and took pictures so that a plan could be made to remedy our problem.Eric the estimator contacted us with the plan and cost. We confirmed the work and Orion came back that evening and began the work.Without going into details of all the work he and his helper performed we are pleased to say our home is back to how it was before the spill. New visqueen replacing what was contaminated, pea gravel sanitized and deodorized, and the discovery of a clogged pipe that was still causing an odor in the area. After a plumber unclogged the pipe Orion returned to complete the remediation. Its so nice to be back to normal. Special thanks to Orion, one great guy.

absolutely shocked to be leaving a review like this. I was at my child middle school today and one of their employees decided to blow past me at a stop sign in the parking lot. after I reported it to their company their fleet manager who is the person who did this called me and began to harass me. he denied everything of course and then got in a back and forth with me. completely unprofessional and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Drew came over and took at look at our bathroom after we had some water damage and was helpful and gave good information that was super beneficial. If you need something estimated then ask for him! He’s great at communication.
