We had Michaelis out to remediate mold in our crawlspace. Orion, Dorean and Brayden did a great job cleaning everything up for us. I would recommend them and would use them again, should the need ever arise (I really hope it does not).

The estimator that csme to the house was polite. Please Enlarge the estimate to see $28.08 to remove and replace outlet and switch plate covers ( I clarified with a phone call only the plastic covers 16 screws$1.81 per tiny screw .I then received a second estimate, but can barely believe attempting to charge $1.81 to remove and reinsert a tiny screw

They were recommend from a lawyer. Ended up having two different people come over for an inspection/quote. Told me it would just take a few days for the quote. After 2 weeks, and reaching out multiple days was told they will not help me because I was in the process of going through a legal issue with the contractor who originally did the work. Wish I knew this from the beginning, I would not have wasted almost a month on them.

My inspector was Raja Albadri. He was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He finished the inspection by giving me the results in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to have him return if needed in the future.
