I highly recommend Rustin. Not only did he fix my plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, he went the extra mile and identified a gas leak in my house. The HVAC company that had worked on my furnace continued to state there was no leak but Rustin kept proving them wrong and it finally got resolved. I cannot thank him enough!

Feb 17 2026 - Second time I had Rustin and Imperial Plumbing over to my house and just as good or better then first time because I knew getting super service . I had leaking shut valve replaced on toilet and new faucet on bathroom sink with sink hoses and shut off valves that were old like 1980s. Everything replace and working great. Like first did the little things make everything look good and cleaning up aftwards all at very reasonable price. Rustin @ Imperial Plumbing LLC is amazing! The backflow preventer in our home cracked and was leaking. It needed to be replaced but finding a plumber who was certified to do the work was a challenge until I found Imperial Plumbing LLC. Rustin is certified to replace and test the backflow preventer. This was a huge plus for me as I wanted to work with a single vendor. He is very kind, and came out on a Saturday morning to fix the issue. Price was very reasonable and affordable. Work is outstanding. We recommend Rustin for all plumbing needs.
