My first time seeing a physio, after putting it off for too long. I wish I’d attended sooner! I have been seeing Michael.H to rehab my knee. I had pain and swelling for weeks and I am now pain free. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to build a rapport with. The admin team are very helpful and professional. Highly recommend

Always friendly and professional. Having a family of 5, all with different and ongoing support needs, our family has been using Adjust for a range of treatments and it is so easy having access to all of the specialists in the same place helping me to keep track all our appointments in the one place and even aligning multiple treatments for multiple family on the same day. Much needed time saver. The reception staff are just lovely and we have always felt cared for.

Sam is a fantastic physio, I highly recommend him as he has helped me numerous times to recover from ongoing back issues. He did such a great job to help me that I had years of relief and no issues until recently injuring myself again. Sam is very thorough and genuine, it is very clear he cares about his clients and their wellbeing and recovery.

I have been seeing Michael for over a year now, with a focus on keeping my body moving after many years of being sedentary due to chronic back/neck pain and fibromyalgia. With Micheal’s help I’ve been able to be consistent at the gym and build strength. I’ve become more functional, less overall pain, less flare ups and have been able to work longer hours. It was good to see a physiotherapist that is hands on and not just treat with a tens machine and a heat pack.Micheal has a vast knowledge of the body and is genuinely interested in seeing improvement.All the team at Adjust are professional, friendly and very welcoming.

I went to see Sam for a very sore lower back, and the difference has been incredible.I’d been dealing with flare-ups every few months even after initially recovering, but Sam really took the time to work through the underlying issues with me and helped break that cycle for good.I’m now feeling stronger, more stable, and confident again.Very happy with the care and support I received.I’d highly recommend Sam to anyone needing a physio!
