We owned a townhome in Louisiana and needed to sell the property while living out of state. We interviewed several agents in the area and after one call with Brian, we immediately decided to select him. Because of the distance and a 2-hour time zone difference, Brian made what could have been a difficult process seamless. The property was a previous rental, with a considerable number of improvements needed, as well as a thorough cleaning. Brian stepped in to ensure that contractors completed the work needed, so that he could finalize a listing with a high-quality virtual staging. He provided excellent recommendations, while also listening to our suggestions. This resulted in a successful collaboration, attractive listing and marketing of the property. Although there was a time distance, Brian was always available to meet and would continuously provide status updates of showings, while notifying us when there were potential buyers. He used intuitive real estate tools to provide various scenarios of an agreement that worked best for us.
