They have a great selection but it is over priced, the owner was friendly the first time I came in and there are video displays of what each firework does, however, the second time I came in to talk about returning a firework that didn't perform the same as another one (same name and package) he gave me a really hard time and blamed ME for "purchasing the wrong one" apparently the ones on one side of the building aren't the same as the ones with same name on the other side. I am unlikely to return based on the way I was treated.

I can't say enough about this place. I have a son who has seizures and it was hot and busy and he felt one coming on so we took him out of the building. We were helped immensely by staff as well as other patrons. He set outside until he was able to get control of the situation. We had staff members checking on him periodically. They even brought out some extra chairs for family members who were supporting him. All this was done in a very discreet and professional manner. All of the staff involved went above and beyond the call of duty.

I bought a couple of pre package fireworks. The works and some Fountain pre packs. Both reasonably priced. Less than any competitive places nearby in Muncie. No duds. A couple hours of fun. The coupon for the 55 dollar Excalibur was awesome. Definitely worth it! Not to mention RON himself is there for a great customer experience, and fun times. The light up balloons he threw in were a delightful surprise! THANK YOU RON!

Ron is the best. Never had a bad experience with this man for years. A truly amazing selection that reminds me more of what you'll find in a Shelton Fireworks Warehouse but much better pricing.

We have gone to Ron's for the last few years, partially because they tend to have the best deals, but mostly because of the way they treat customers.We had an instance today where my seizure prone brother started to feel one coming on and the way the employees went out of their way to help us get him outside and make sure he was good was amazing. One employee even brought an umbrella so he was out of the sun and got water for him as well as for my mom and I because we were outside with him.I will go back to Ron's every year now.

Absolutely, yes. This man and his crew were not only some of the friendliest staff in a fireworks outlet I've ever worked with but with their flyer hooked me up with 48 mortars shells and 2 full size paper grocery bags full of fun for 200$. It was totally worth the hour and change to drive there and this will be my #1 fireworks outlet so long as I live in Indiana. Thank you all for the outstanding and extremely personable service to make the girls 4th of July nice and bright!
