Sage and his staff Renovated fully three bathrooms and a kitchen pretty much taking them down to the studs and starting over. They also tore out and completely renovated my backyard and front patio. They Performed with excellence meaning they were on time and on budget. One of the bathrooms required significantly more underground renovation than anticipated and it was done with a fair price and excellent work. I was especially impressed and greatly appreciated the input I got on design and materials selection for each room.

OC Builders Group was five star from day 1 starting with Stephanie who answered the phone to Max G who visited to discuss what we wanted done. We had one bathroom shower, waterproofing ceilings and walls, vanity, and new fans and lighting installed; our dryer duct rerouted out of our newly enclosed patio; the master bath shower, fan, and lighting replaced; a new countertop and sink installed in out kitchen. All inspections were done as required. The team including Maria, Eric, Max, Jason, Alex, and all of the plumbers, electricians, painters, and drywall installers did quality work answered our calls and inquiries, and got the job done in 8 weeks from start to finish, and this was with us continuing to live here! OC Builders Group uses WhatsApp to communicate, a perfect way to talk to everyone at one time or whomever was needed to come by or answer a question. We highly recommend this company for any renovations that you want completed for your house or condo.

We just finished a major remodel of our kitchen and downstairs and are extremely satisfied with the results! From our initial meeting with Dor, our sales rep, through the many phases of our project, the whole OC Builders team of workers (Mike, who managed to make it all work smoothly; Casandra, who directed all those involved and made it look easy; Renato, whose cabinet mastery is amazing; to all the other plumbers, electricians, painters and others), until the final inspection, we could not have expected a more outstanding process than they provided. I have used them before, and will definitely be using them again.

I can't say enough good things about OC Builders Group. Taking on a kitchen remodel was not an easy decision being an older female. Working with my team of Gustavo, Jason and Maria made it all a smooth process. They took care of every detail. My kitchen remodel extended into refinishing stairs, replacing floors and a powder room. Everything turned out great and I am really enjoying my home now.

We recently worked with OC Builders Group, (particularly Sade, Mike, and Casandra) to build a ~323 sq. ft. attached ADU, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial planning phases to the final inspection, the entire team was professional, transparent, and incredibly skilled.Maximizing a smaller footprint (around 320+ sq. ft.) requires smart design, and they absolutely nailed it. The craftsmanship is excellent, though the project was delayed (primarily because of additional nuanced city requirements), their communication throughout the construction process kept us at ease. Though not everything went smoothly, they appropriately addressed and rectified any issues that popped up during the construction process. If you are looking to build an ADU in the OC area, save yourself the headache and go with this team. We gladly recommend OC Builders to family and friends. We were incredibly satisfied throughout the build process and of course the results are beautiful, and will definitely go with this team again should another project come up. They deliver high-quality work and true professionalism!

Moe and his group at OC Builders were beyond professional, attentive, and responsive. From the very beginning of our interaction, Moe was following-up with same day (and sometimes same hour) responses via email and texts. Him and his team were fantastic and full of recommendations during the site visit. I would highly recommend OC Builders if you need someone to carry you through the whole process from start to finish.

We are currently at about 90% completion on a major home expansion, and I wanted to share how impressed I've been with the process. Being in the engineering field, I'm admittedly not the easiest client--I pay a lot of attention to the technical details and have very high standards, but OC Builders Group has been incredibly accommodating and professional throughout. The conceptual design phase with Moe was great. He helped us navigate a functional design that included adding to the front of the house, extending the back to significantly increase our kitchen space, and adding a bathroom to one of the rooms to create a master bath.On the execution side, my project manager, Mike, has been fantastic to work with, and Casandra has been a huge help with scheduling and staying responsive to all my questions. It's rare to find a team that is this easy to work with when you're as detail-oriented as I am. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final 10% come together!Thank you OC builders!

OC Builders was great to work with for a large home remodel we did. This included breaking a load bearing wall, kitchen remodel, flooring and more. Gustavo was great as the Sales consultant and transparent about pricing. The team that was doing the work was on top of things including scheduling with Maria and the project management by Robert. Thanks Maria & Robert for keeping the multiple teams on track!! They completed the job in time with only a few change orders. They are not cheap but are not very expensive either. Somewhere in the middle. Overall, great experience with the work and I would hire them again for future projects!!
