Started my contract with them in June. We had an Airbnb guest report seeing a cockroach. They came. Said it was a 5 week aggressive treatment and I would need to close my Airbnb 5 weeks. First trainer resulted in a free roaches. And after 5 weeks They gave me all clear despite flaking on their last appt. I moved in an Airbnb guest -- they reported seeing dozen of cockroaches. And fled. These folks came back out. And we now have hundreds in the traps. I thought after 10 weeks we were headed in right direction. My Airbnb is still closed. Today they flaked in their appt. I went to condo. Dozens of live roaches. And at least 50+ in traps. I called them to question the missed appt. Angela told me today that they were done. Their contract guarantees removal and so do Angela text. She recommended I litigate to resolve. I called another company. Will post their reports later. Along with the weekly updates from green homes. Going from a few to 100 weeks later hundreds. Everytime noting in their report the cleanliness of my condo. Careful. If you're not there. Door lock data shows they stay 6-9 minutes.

Wow! This company was so professional from start to finish. Hyrum came over to check our retreat center for alledged bed bug bites from a guest. Hyrum checked all 17 beds, couches, blankets and was so knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and so grateful that there was NO bed bugs!! P.S. The free inspection was a bonus.

Company repeatably billed a credit card I no longer would like used. I called for Months about this to no avail. Then when I spoke with Jennifer she claimed they did not have my cc# on file ?? What? When they text you about an upcoming appointment, they give you a date and then you must call for a the 3 hour window time like the cable company . There are too many pest control companies for this type of service.

I requested an inspection estimate for pigeon 'proofing' My roof around the additional solar panels I had installed. I settled on an Alfred upon date/time. When that time came and went and no one had showed up nor did I hear from them, I started trying g to contact them. No luck. About a half hour after a text message I sent regarding my appointment, I received an excusatory text saying 'they forgot to schedule with the inspector'. I had already taken half the day off from work for the alleged appointment. They suggested coming by the next day. And what, am I supposed to hope they DID in fact schedule it and take more time off from work? I suggested the following Saturday, but didn't heat back. After seeing some of the other reviews, maybe in my circumstance, it was a blessing.

They took my level of anxiety down from a 10 to a 2 with one phone call. They were able to treat my house within 3-4 hours from initial call. Professional, informative and educational. I would highly recommend.

These guys are scam artists. Let's start from the beginning. We started getting an unusual amount of beetles on our back porch. We called around and decided on Green Home. On initial visit Philip came over and looked like he was tunneling to the center of the earth. He had goggles and a mask we couldn't even recognize him. He talked to my wife for 45 minutes about bugs and how he was an expert and he will wipe them out after spraying whatever he had in his tanks. After the bs car salesman talk he sprayed in our bathroom and entry points coming into the house and the back porch. The actual spraying took less than 5 minutes total. Day after he left the bugs quadrupled. We called the office and the dispatcher said it's normal the first week after initial visit and they should decrease. A month later on the next visit it was totally infested that we could not even go into our backyard and every time someone came inside any of our doors the bugs would be on their hair or clothes. 4th of July came and a family member suggested we try raid. We did and every single one of the bugs died and we had a significant decrease in the bugs. I am convinced they sprayed some type of pheromones to attract the bugs not make them go away so we have to keep paying them $50 every month. These guys are scam artists and still trying to collect $250 for one month of bug hell because of them. If Philip comes to your house don't open the door and definitely don't let him spray anything.

I am so unimpressed with this company, and the actual service was terrible. I called about being over charged for services they didn't do, next the technician that came out without any notice to spray as he kept filling his backpack with water from my hose then using it & refilling it. I was told I would get a call back. Two days later I called and had the pleasure of talking to Karen SO unprofessional she could careless about anything I had to say & just wanted to cancel my service so I did just that. I recommend if you're looking for a home pest control company go anywhere else.

I don't generally have "visitors" between monthly services, but recently encountered a scorpion in my garage. They were right there addressing the issue, inspecting the home inside and out, treating and making sure I was again, pest-free. From scheduling to treatment services, they work with your schedule and truly go above and beyond to make sure customers are at ease and pest-free. Thank you, thank you thank you :-)

I was having issues with mice in my attics. I paid for another independent exterminator only to get ripped off and the job was not completed. I called Green Home and not only have they been extremely responsive and attentive to my concerns, but Sam V. has been a pleasure to work with. Please make sure I am added to his route! Sam was informative, helpful, patient and understanding. He has been willing to go above and beyond what the job requires, be sure to request him for any of your pest and rodent control needs!

IF YOU HAVE A FLAT ROOF DON'T EVEN BOTHER. At the beginning our experience with them was great. After $1200 and one year of them setting traps, cutting panels in illogical places and sealing the rats in my roof our rat problem has not been worse. They obviously no longer wanted to work with us when they deactivated our account without having the decency to tell us they us that they can't help. They say their work has a warranty on exclusions but quickly terminated the relationship so they don't have to follow up. They frequently sent the technician to my home without the necessary tools, even when asked to bring them. If you're issue is simple, they are probably great but other wise you may want to find another company.

We have used them for a while now. I have found that at least 2 times we have had them back because the ants or little bugs in back yard show up again within a week or 2. Two times now they have not shown up for appts. They said they send us a text but we do not text. I made sure they know that now. We have them come every two months and have not had a problem with them trying to charge us every month like some people have. The office help has always been friendly but one worker came out and apparently we had a misunderstanding because he left after doing just the back yard. He came back but refused to answer me when I talked to him. He is not going to service our house anymore. Overall the staff are friendly but the spray seems weak.

I've signed up and used this service for the past year and few months owner or manager very nice and customer friendly but there is a scheduler you g female that schedules appointments I called on 8/17/21 to ask if I can get an extra treatment scheduled for next month now as we were having infestation issue of cockroaches and scorpions she flat out refused to schedule and asked me to call back next month?!?! I insisted that the owners had assured us that if we needed a retreatment or extra treatment to just call and schedule it. I asked to speak to her manager she said there's no one there and that she's the scheduler and it goes thru her. I was so upset that she is a) treating an existing customer with such disrespect b) was not willing to resolve the issue or bring in a superior to talk to me about told her I would take my business elsewhere she said "fine" I hope the owners of this business realize that this person young female working on 8/17/21 as a scheduler is loosing customers for you with her attitude. Very disappointing An update to this issue owners and manager reached out and apologized as I was told that is not their policy the scheduler was wrong I felt that the only way I could reach the owners was Thru a review as I was being blocked by her to talk to supervisors or manager. I thank you for your response and I am glad issue is being resolved as I don't want any other customer to go thru what I did. I will be resuming my service with this great company

Whatever they sprayed didn't work. We still had very kind of bug and spider that we had before in the house. We called the company to tell them the issue and they said they couldn't guarantee their work because we had used a Groupon to pay for the service. I smell a rat! Beware.

OH MAN! Arizona people, you're so lucky that you have this pest company as an option to work with. I live in Los Angeles, and unfortunately could NOT get their services (being so far away) but I can tell that they do truly care about their customers. I spoke with their representative Elvis who spent some time to help me navigate my options for pest control alternatives to harsh chemicals. Even though he knew that he could not service our building in LA, he took the time and was thorough and detailed with his advice. He truly helped me and I am so grateful that even though he can't make money off of me, he is nice enough to care about a strangers health and well-being! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Side note... Before I called Green Home, I truly felt lost since Terminex and these other companies only solutions are to use harsh treatment methods that require us to leave the house for 4+ hours just to spray roach killer. I felt uncomfortable with there "take it or leave it" solution so when I ended up calling Green Home (and specifically Elvis), the conversation I had was so relieving!

i just added mosquito service to my regular outdoor treatments. The technician today, Ed, is friendly and professional. He explained everything he would do clearly. After treatment, he reported back that he had not sprayed the fairy duster bushes because of the bee activity. I was very pleased since we need the bees! Overall I'm very happy with Green Home! Highly recommend.
