Without question the best flat rate service listing company along the Wasatch Front. We placed our home in Clearfield for sale on KSL and received very limited activity from prospective buyers and a large volume of calls from prospective agents wanting to list our home for a commission between 1.5% to 3%. As a real estate appraiser, I was comfortable with the pricing of our home but realized after two weeks KSL was not giving us the market exposure to potential buyers that we needed and that we needed to move to the WFRMLS. We offered a 3% commission to the buyers agent and used Home Selling Heroes to list the home. We paid $99.00 and were were under contract in about 2.5 weeks. I was absolutely amazed by Home Selling Heroes service and value. Going into it, with the price I paid, I was expecting to have access to limited services and assistance and mainly just access the local multiple listing service (MLS). I could not have been more wrong. They were professional from start to close. They put on an open house which resulted in the offer we accepted. They were professional through contract negotiations and we never felt pressured and they were sincere and thoughtful and our advocates the whole time. Using this services saved us about $8,000 and it was hassle free. The majority of the time we worked directly with Sadee Jacques. She was awesome! Prompt to return phone calls. Prompt to keep us update and help us stay on a good timeline. Looked out for our interest in the transaction and never, ever, once made us feel second rate. She was a true professional. My recommendation, do not waste time with KSL. This is the way to sell your home and save money.
