I asked for Emily again after closing with her the first time. She's very friendly and very pleasant to work with. She's very detailed and catches every missing signature, initial, date, and every needed info on every document. She is knowledgeable on what each bank requires and how strict or lax each one is with the info that they require. For me, those three attributes are very important.... More
