Bonnie and her assistant, Lindsay, were absolutely incredible throughout the sale of our home. Our house sold only days after hitting the market because Bonnie knew exactly what she was doing from start to finish.She brought in a decorator to help us stage the home, hired an excellent photographer, guided us through purging unnecessary items, and priced the house at the exact right target market value. We followed her recommendations closely, and it paid off. You can truly trust her guidance and expertise.Before meeting Bonnie and Lindsay, we had another realtor come by whose numbers clearly benefited him more than us.
