Chris is the ultimate professional! My wife and I are first time buyers and we’re pretty clueless in regards to real estate, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We’re buying a condo that was built in the 70s, so it’s got a little extra character in certain places that we had concerns about. Chris was outstandingly knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He checked every nook and cranny and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He pointed out some concerns that I would have never thought to check, regarding the way the electrical wires were hooked up and the Ivy crawling up the side of the unit next to us.
