With any company I hire, the first and foremost thing I judge them on is communication. Jared responded to my inquiry promptly (on a Sunday morning) and answered all my questions precisely. He told me he would be at my house at 9am Monday morning and at 8:45 he text me with his eta update that he would be arriving at 8:55. One of my companies business adages is "Early is on time, on time is late and late is fired". Even better, when I returned home all my expectations were met and exceeded.
