We had a great day Flyfishing with Cameron and Blackbird Guide Services! He knows these waters well and put us on a large school of redfish. Cameron was very patient with my son as this was his first time saltwater flyfishing. Great day out on the water. Highly recommend Blackbird and Cameron!

Over the past 4 years, I’ve fished with Cameron some 10-12 times, primarily chasing Redfish on fly. Having grown up on the water, in and around Wrightsville Beach, he knows how to find the fish. We recently had an amazing experience sight casting to schooling redfish blasting shrimp in skinny water, catching 4 in short order, along with several Flounder. Cameron has a top notch Maverick skiff and excellent gear. He is very knowledgeable, safe, and above all, he loves his career outdoors. Great guy and highly recommended, whether fly or spin, targeting Redfish, Trout, Tarpon or Albacore, among other species.

Had a great day out with Cam. I brought two friends who were pretty inexperienced fishermen, and Cameron did a great job getting them involved and making sure everyone had a good time. The weather was a little iffy, but we still managed to do really well and get into some fish. Cameron was knowledgeable, patient, and easy to spend the day with. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality guide service.
