Beware this company. They charged my neighbour(a single Mom on a tight budget)$500 to fix her washer. It broke within the year. Still under warranty they came again with a new agitator charging her an additional $160 for the service call, tightened a bolt and left without replacing the obviously broken agitator. She tried calling them as she is reasonably upset as the machine is still not working (after having now paid almost $700) they put her on hold, hung up on her and blocked her number! I am disgusted with this company. I will be letting people know they do this in every group I can so another Mom/elderly or those on a tight budget etc doesn't get scammed by them. Do better and honour your warranties. Perhaps it is also time to look at your employees that are clearly not doing their job.*Contact you? How? You hung up on her and blocked her number. I do hope this is someone higher up that looks into this but I am not holding my breath. If you honour your warranty and stop giving her the run around I will be happy to take down this review with a reminder that it shouldn't take escalating it to Google reviews for you to fulfill your commitments she paid for.

****** VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ********** PICTURES TO COME!!! ******Last July 2025 I had my washing machine agitator was broken. The teeth clips were completely. I was recommended this company. I know NOTHING price wise for repairing of appliances. I got my quote for a initial service fee. I agree for the technician to come out. The problem was assessed.He told me they would be in touch with prices for a new agitator. I got the quote for the new agitator. I looked into buying it brand new because on their website it says buying a new part through them is covered under warranty for 5 years.I PAID CLOSE TO $500 FOR IT ALL.I am a single mom of two young children.There was no recommendation of buying a used machine for a lower price or any sort of options other than that.They completely took advantage of the situation.July 2026,Same problem, I reach out to Als again. I tried up and down to get the agitator myself to avoid paying any sort of fee because it was under a year, and I shouldn't have to pay anything, considering it should be under warranty for 5 years. They insisted that a technician had to come out and fix it.AL'S APPLIANCE ordered a new agitator. I had to wait over a week for my washer to be replaced.July 16th it was repaired. I have maybe done 2-3 loads of laundry and the agitator is unscrewed again.FUNNY PART ABOUT IT ALL.NOT EVEN FOUR DAYS LATER AFTER THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT, THE AGITATOR AS LOOSE AGAIN.THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T PUT THE NEW AGITATOR THAT WAS SPECIFICALLY ORDERED FOR MY MACHINE ON THAT DAY.HE PUT MY OLD BROKEN BACK ONE ON AND JUST SCREWED THE BOWL.KNOWING THAT IT WOULD UNSCREW, AGAIN AND I WOULD HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK.SO BETWEEN JULY 2025-JULY 2026I HAVE PAID THIS COMPANY OVER $500, CLOSE TO $600. WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR.IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOTHER, ESPECIALLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL COMPLETELY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.I have pictures of the broken teeth that this company is claiming wasn't on the agitator this time.NOT EVEN 1 YEAR LATER. Same problem happened.I AM SO MAD.
