Totally professional from the very 1st telephone contact (Carri-Anne) to the arrival of the tech (Paul). Fully inspected, cleaned & test drove the dishwasher following completion (in just under 1 hour). No new parts required, just some TLC... Warranty supplied as well! I had used their services at least 5 times since I have multiple properties, also I bought 2 appliances from them.I was completely satisfied with the service. The technicians are honest, prompt and professional, diagnosing the issue with my washer dryers and in other opportunity my dishwasher, fixing it quickly, they are very knowledgeable, they saved me hundreds of dollars on a new machine. Dealing with Al's Appliances was a great experience right from the initial phone call to them. Everything was explained fully. A technician was booked within a 3 hour window and showed up promptly, after calling us to confirm an arrival time. The washer repair was done quickly and within the cost quoted. She even moved the stacked washer and dryer back into place after! I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my appliance repair needs.

Al's Appliances came recommended to us after another family member had an amazing experience with them. We had an issue with our dryer, washing machine and dishwasher all at the same time. The technicians who came out were knowledgeable, highly skilled & fixed every issue we had in addition to great education to avoid further issue. On top of this, their pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable for everything we had to fix. The office staff was also so pleasant to deal with!
