Recently had Neighbourhood in for the first time to service our two head heat pump, gas fireplace and tankless water heater. Brian and Leon were very professional and thorough and gave good peace of mind that the equipment had been cleaned and serviced properly. We have used some other mechanical companies in the past and haven’t had great experiences. Neighbourhood was reliable and transparent about costs. I highly recommend and we will be bringing them back in for our regular servicing. Also, in addition to being gas fitters and plumbers, one of their technicians is certified in refrigerants which made him an asset in servicing our heat pump. Thank you Neighbourhood Team!

Always a great experience. They are my go-to vendor for our heating and now cooling needs. The experience was so friendly and professional at the same time. The sales contact was great and their back-office is first class. We decided to add a heat pump so we could have air conditioning and a more efficient and less costly heating solution. The installation team was always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend Neighbourhood Heating & Cooling to anyone. In fact, my brother in-law also has used them to repair their heat pump which was installed by another vendor and were very happy with their experience as well.

Had Kirby's guys come service our heat pumps and furnace at our office. As always, they did a great job. They identified a part that was not working (which we didn't realize), and were able to get it replaced (under warranty still!!- bonus) which saved us some $. So great work! These guys are always a pleasure to work with. They have also worked on many of our projects over the years and continue to service our clients amazingly!

The service was fantastic! A/C broke in heatwave and they got us back up and running quickly. These guys are top notch. Great to see they are looking for the best solution, not just the quickest fix to get in and out. Mike did a great job and explained all the options to us. Will definitely use them again.

From the initial phone call to schedule our service, to the service itself, we had an excellent experience with Neighbourhood Heating & Cooling. Mike serviced our air conditioning units and was friendly, efficient, and professional. He answered all of our maintenance questions and the pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Neighbourhood Heating & Cooling.

We’ve enjoyed building a business relationship with Neighbourhood Plumbing. Their team is professional, responsive, and always focused on practical problem solving and great customer service.Their highway advertising is also fantastic, the kind of clever and sometimes cheeky messaging that actually makes you hope for a red light so you can finish reading it. Great local company and great people!
