I scheduled my appointment for 12:00 pm and arrived promptly, but the business was closed. I called from the parking lot to see if there had been a miscommunication, and a representative informed me that they were currently out of the store and would return within 10 min. I agreed because that wasn't a problem. After waiting for about 15 mins, I received a text that said it would now be a few hours, or sooner if possible before someone would be there.They offered me the option to reschedule for a later date.While I appreciated the offer to reschedule, the scheduling mishap made it challenging to complete the service I needed within my planned timeframe. Given that I had rearranged my schedule for this appointment, I decided to contact another company. I ended up reaching out to a different business, which was able to accommodate me immediately and provide the service on the same day.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, but reliability is key to customer satisfaction, especially when appointments are involved.
