Surprisingly, they returned the same day, unannounced, with the window repaired. However, the room was filled with a strong chemical smell, making it uninhabitable. We had to sleep in a different room as it was our bedroom. The invoice I received was $20 more than the agreed price. Since I was out of town, I planned to call on Monday to discuss the discrepancy. Before I could do so, I received another invoice with an additional $20 charge. I emailed them, as that was my only option at the time. They claimed to have given me an "emergency" discount, which I had not requested or agreed to. When I disputed this, they informed me I would be removed from their customer loyalty program and then charged me an additional $220. I strongly advise against using this business. I am currently disputing the charges, but their unethical business practices should be avoided. Less
