We just in process of figuring out what needs to be done at a strata group so dealing with tradies is often underwhelming but I must say I have been really impressed with the office staff as well as the fellow ( that inspected)who called me ( sorry can’t think of his name) . It’s refreshing the person is actually listening to the situation and understanding that the issues here need to be variable. I’ve been here 20 plus years and can’t say that for any other company.
