Well, where to even start. Right from the word go I was so impressed by Dr Sandra, I initially enquired at 10pm on a Sunday evening… she replied within 10 minutes, swiftly aiding to find time to schedule a first consultation, which she made time for me the following day, nothing was pushed on me, I was asked what I was wanting to achieve and guided in the right direction which suited me and would deliver the best results… from there I was able to have the procedure done the following Monday morning, during the procedure I felt completely comfortable and confident with Dr Sandra and her assistant which lead me to falling asleep multiple times over the course of the 4 hour procedure, I am incredibly happy with my results and I couldn’t recommend Dr Sandra at NG Smiles enough! Thanks again!

Honestly I don't know where to start, I took my aunty here who is normally very scared of dentists after some major cock up from her other dentist. We met the PM Shinto who was very sweet, I was still worried about a panic attack so stayed with her during the entire process. We met the principle dentist Neha who was so warm and honest. She has reassured us both and also calmed us both. The have provided such an amazing treatment. I wont forget this and owe your entire team so much! Btw the practice itself is truly a work of art!

Top quality experience. I was recommended this place, and would recommend to others! Beautiful state of the art clinic, and all the staff are so wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. I always felt like they genuinely care about what’s right for me, so even though it’s expensive, I never once felt like they were trying to upsell - they only recommended what made sense for me. What you get is quality, time and care by experts, and a great result. The hygienist thoroughly cleans each tooth and gave me great tips, and caring touches like putting Vaseline on my cracked lips to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. Do try this place, it stands out as notably good!

My first visit to NG Smiles, new premises today! I was greeted by Shinto Balan the practice manager who updated my medical report, After I was taken to the main new surgery room and greeted by Dr Neha Gokani and her nurse. I can tell you! It was an amazing experience. The freshness,super soft comfortable chair and the soothing relaxed music, was very refreshing. After my treatment with Dr Gokani, I was transferred to the hygienist, Inga! Again lovely atmosphere, she was one of the best hygienist I have ever had, compared to previous. She was amazingly gentle and talked me through the hygiene treatment. My teeth were super clean, considering there was no unnecessary pressure used. My mouth and gums was not sore compared to previous hygienists. NG Smile really care and tailor for their patients treatments with the highest respect. I would definitely be revisiting NG smiles again as the experience of going to a dentist now is very please and I have a lot of faith in them taking care of my teeth with the best advice given Thank you Faadhil
