I had a great experience with them! They were transparent about their hourly rate and provided honest, non-inflated time estimates-committed to the estimate even when the repair took a little longer than expected. They used Napa parts but offered to look into OEM options if I preferred. The mechanics were reliable and knowledgeable, and definitely I’ll return for any Subaru Crosschek issues in the future.

I had a very frustrating experience with this shop and would not recommend them.We originally brought our car in for a coolant leak and paid to have the coolant pump replaced. However, just a few days later, the coolant light came back on and we discovered the car was still leaking meaning the original issue was not properly resolved.When we brought the car back, they charged us an inspection fee to look at the same problem they had supposedly already fixed. Even after that, they claimed they couldn’t find a leak, despite the coolant continuing to drain.We later confirmed the leak ourselves by placing paper towels under the car overnight, which showed a significant amount of coolant leaking. After sharing this with the shop, they agreed to inspect it again and said the inspection fee would be waived.This time, they finally identified the issue and quoted us $400 to fix it. Given our previous experience, we understandably wanted time to think about proceeding.At that point, they told us the inspection fee would only be waived if we went through with the repair something that was never mentioned before. When questioned, they checked their own messages and confirmed they never stated that condition. Despite this, they still tried to charge us and even refused to release the car unless we paid part of the fee.There was no accountability, no apology, and very poor communication throughout the entire process.Overall, this felt unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle.

I will never trust these people with my car again.After visiting this shop for a coolant leak they charged me $300 to diagnose the problem but found nothing. After I shared pictures they promised to waive the diagnostics fee.When I say I don’t want to move forward with getting work done with them they charge me $100 to pick up my car.The guy tried to tell me he clarified that I had to get the work done with them to receive the free check and starts to read his text only to realize he never said anything.They said they would not release my car unless I paid this fee.
