I’m a little late in sharing my review but perhaps all the better because we have had a good few months to confirm that we made the best decision working with Allen and Decks Unlimited. We have a very large deck that spans the back of our home and it was well past time to get it updated. I called a reputable local contractor that had 100s of great reviews- he came out and was honest that our project was out of their wheelhouse. The first recommendation he gave me was Allen/ Decks Unlimited, and the second he gave me another well reviewed (by that I mean lots of reviews) contractor. Long story short we decided to go with Allen and could not be happier. Quality, knowledge, communication- everything was on point. We have a beautiful deck that was constructed on time and on budget. I’ve known of Allen and of his workmanship for many years! they came out and did an amazing renovation on our deck to be able to put a sauna in by supporting that with the proper undergirding. Createda seamless upgrade, adding 3 feet to our deck and multiple posts underneath the support the extra weight of the sauna. Allen has always done quality work and I would hire him. The first home he built a 500+ sq ft outdoor living space with vaulted paneled ceiling and Eze-Breeze windows. This was a major undertaking and Allen and team did a wonderful job. He was great to work with. He had great ideas and put up with our constant changes as the project progressed. His entire team was polite and each day the work site was cleaned and tidied up.We moved later into a new build home that had a large covered patio on it that was about 300+ sq ft. While our new neighbors homes were completed most were going the screened in route. We knew immediately we were calling Decks Unlimited and have Eze-Breeze windows again. Allen even though it had been 5 years or so since our first project, Allen was quick to remember us. He have us a very fair quote and we again hired them for this project. He and his team completed framing quickly and once windows were built they again were able to complete installing them and the doors in a day. Everyone of our friends that have seen the completed project quickly asked who did the work it looks great.I cannot say enough good things about Allen and Decks Unlimited.I am not receiving anything for providing this review other than the satisfaction of hopefully helping a small business owner and great guy be successful.If you are reading this as part of your consideration of hiring Allen and Decks Unlimited I recommend after reading this to close it out and hire Allen!Patrick Nagy Less
