He systematically figured out the cause, gave us an honest and informed evaluation of what was going on, didn't try to sell us on extras, and ultimately made an extra trip to make sure it was fixed and working correctly! I won’t use anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and reliable. Justin answered all my questions. He didn’t dismiss the concerns I had about the high level of humidity in the home I purchased (as every other company had) and discovered the problem. He knows the right sized HVAC units you need, not just the ones that make him the most money. He’s busy but there’s a reason for it. He’s well worth waiting a few extra days for - and he’s also very quick in an emergency.

My AC stopped working, so I had the original installers of my compressor come out to do diagnostics. They quoted me for labour and parts to replace and said we could get a date scheduled for the work. My neighbour stopped me later and told me he heard I was having AC problems, and gave me Justin's number. Justin had done work for him before and my neighbour said he was great. Justin came out and quoted me in between $300 and $400 less than the original installers for the same work. When I asked when he'd be able to come out to replace the necessary parts, he said he could do it right then and there, which I agreed to. So thankful that my AC is working again in the Nashville heat, and for a much better price than my first quote.
