Justin and his team do such great work! Justin cares immensely about the quality of his work and doing it the right way. Him and his team recently replaced our basement mini split system (after working very hard to repair our old system) and it's never felt better! He also quickly got our heat back online after the ice storm earlier this year. We will continue working with Justin and his team for our HVAC needs.

The pricing was fair and he and his team made sure that everything was working well and that we were fully satisfied.THEN when a cold streak came through our heat went out related to the age of the unit, and he was our first call. He systematically figured out the cause, gave us an honest and informed evaluation of what was going on, didn't try to sell us on extras, and ultimately made an extra trip to make sure it was fixed and working correctly! He went above and beyond and we are truly thankful (and warm)!

I won’t use anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and reliable. Justin answered all my questions. He didn’t dismiss the concerns I had about the high level of humidity in the home I purchased (as every other company had) and discovered the problem. He knows the right sized HVAC units you need, not just the ones that make him the most money. He’s busy but there’s a reason for it. He’s well worth waiting a few extra days for - and he’s also very quick in an emergency.
