Fantastic service! Our HVAC unexpectedly stopped working and Justin was able to identify and solve the issue all while giving helpful insight and recommendations on what repairs should be made so that the problem does not reoccur. 10/10 would recommend!

Justin and his team do such great work! Justin cares immensely about the quality of his work and doing it the right way. Him and his team recently replaced our basement mini split system (after working very hard to repair our old system) and it's never felt better! He also quickly got our heat back online after the ice storm earlier this year. We will continue working with Justin and his team for our HVAC needs.

Justin fit us into his schedule on a hot July afternoon when our air conditioner went out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part on his truck, and had us up and running within an hour. Highly recommend!

Brentwood Mechanical Services installed a mini split system in our carriage house. They are extremely professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call them when I need additional HVAC service.

Brentwood Mechanical hasn’t done any HVAC work for me but the other day they saw me stuck with my car not starting. The owner Justin came and jumped my car off. Some of the nicest guys I have met. I will definitely call them if I need anything done with my HVAC.

We are BIG fans of and committed customers to Brentwood Mechanical Services! Justin worked with The Clean Air Co to care for the HVAC portion of our crawlspace encapsulation. The pricing was fair and he and his team made sure that everything was working well and that we were fully satisfied.THEN when a cold streak came through our heat went out related to the age of the unit, and he was our first call. He systematically figured out the cause, gave us an honest and informed evaluation of what was going on, didn't try to sell us on extras, and ultimately made an extra trip to make sure it was fixed and working correctly! He went above and beyond and we are truly thankful (and warm)!

Justin and his team bailed us out big time when we needed good work done quickly for a move. They were professional, timely, friendly and worked really hard on a project that was too big for others to handle. Thanks so much!

Justin and his team were communicative and took the time to ensure the work was done well, despite a challenging and small crawlspace to navigate

I won’t use anyone else. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, communicative, and reliable. Justin answered all my questions. He didn’t dismiss the concerns I had about the high level of humidity in the home I purchased (as every other company had) and discovered the problem. He knows the right sized HVAC units you need, not just the ones that make him the most money. He’s busy but there’s a reason for it. He’s well worth waiting a few extra days for - and he’s also very quick in an emergency.

BMS team is awesome. Very polite when they came to my house and had my unit working perfect when they left. They also were very clean and did not leave a mess when they left. Two Thumbs Up!!!
