Coordinating with Mike (owner) was a breeze, and he was extremely helpful in working around my crazy work schedule to get help to our home quickly.Doug and Marquis came out on time, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and were able to quickly assess the problem area, and then get into the problem area. We had years of water slowly coming in through foundation in the basement that was behind drywall, and it was clear it was not going to stop even with drainage installed outside. They cut really manageable spaces in the drywall to get access behind it, remove all mold, and even sprayed with something that made the basement smell even better than it did before they came by for a few weeks.The team was a pleasure to work with start to finish. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Folks, please consider RestoPros for your disaster recovery dry out and clean up. These guys were the only team that went above and beyond helping me identify wet spots that needed to be dried that were hidden iny walls. I even had a professional home hygienist go behind RestoPro and they confirmed everything the RestoPro team discovered and helped me address. They are extremely capable, excellent at timely and proactive communication and above all else trustworthy. I couldn't always be there when they were working and they did a great job even when I wasn't available to monitor their work. If you have a disaster in your home these guys can help you with the first steps to getting back to normal. They helped me dry out my home after the May 16th tornado in St. Louis. I couldn't be happier with their work.

We are glad that we found an honest company. The processes was smooth and everyone was courteous. Mike & Doug from Restopro have been the absolute greatest in this nightmare that I have had to deal with with a hose line cracked in my house for 3 hrs. causing so much damage on my split level home to flood kitchen and 75% of my finished basement. I called them that Friday it happened and Mike, Marquis and Tae were there next day getting it all dried up and pictures taken. Few days later Doug and the crew came back out after State farm came and started the claim and started demoing to get the new house project. Doug and Mike have been great calling State Farm and getting all the stress off my back to help me fight a battle with them. I cant thank those guys enough for doing all this for me. We called RestoPros with an issue of a pipe that leaked and caused mold in our basement bathroom. They were out the next day to assess the damage and came out the very next day to tackle the problem. They left equipment to sanitize the air properly and cleaned up their mess before they left. Both Mike and Doug were so very nice and explained it all from A-Z and when State Farm played games with coverage Doug stepped in and helped problem solve with that. Highly recommend and would definitely call them again if such an issue arises again.
