Jonathan Aceves and his entire team at Finem Group has been instrumental in helping me find good sites for development which are harder and harder to find. One site in particular that was unearthed by Jonathon was a site in Grovetown on Lewiston Road. Jonathan provided us with a lot of information about rezoning this property because he had already done the research with the county. The site was larger than what we needed for our particular tenant, however Jonathon was able to find another single tenant for our development which was a perfect fit next to our tenant.
