I was very unsatisfied with my son senior baseball picture The quality of the photo look like I have taken it with my phone I have called the studio up to address my concern I was told that my son school did a last minute session Evening if that was true If the School paid you for the Job Your still suppose to do a session like any other session Not do a rush job and say here am done I was told I have to pay two fee’s to redo the photo over a session fee and a reprint fee am not paying to redo it just leave a review

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. I paid close to $50 for my daughter’s graduation stole , and I expected the product to clearly display the school name and the graduating class year. Neither of these appeared on the item.If I were not familiar with the school, I would not have been able to identify the logo or determine which school it represented. This item was meant to be a keepsake for my daughter to remember her graduation year and school, which makes this issue especially disappointing.I also spoke with the owner regarding my concern, but the matter was dismissed and I was told that this was simply the layout and that no one else had complained. I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously.and the owner just laugh it off
