She explained the procedure and what was happening at each step during. You are given not only VERY explicit instructions on post procedure care (with a timeline of expected results, when peeling should start, when you'd notice a color change...etc) but also a bag of the needed product for your post procedure care. This is legit when it comes to post care, the last thing you want to do is guess at which product to pick up or ensure you have it on hand before the procedure. Having the right instructions and the right product to follow said instructions is very beneficial to getting the results from your procedure that you expect. That extra bit of care for the patient ensures you get the results you want. I'm completely happy and satisfied with my results, and yes she was right, I did go darker on my follow up apt.
