Pete Metz at Von Mortgage is hands down the best mortgage broker in Redding. I was shocked at how easily he beat the rates and terms from the online banks and local bankers I had already spoken with. I had not let anyone else pull my credit, but once I knew Pete was my guy, he pulled it and found an error that was hurting my score. He immediately helped me correct it using a rapid rescore, and within just a few business days my credit score reflected what it should have been all along.Pete is a true professional. Stand up, old school service, honest, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. His office is beautiful and conveniently located in Redding. The entire experience was smooth and stress free. Von Mortgage more than delivered😭🙌🏼Full transparency, we started out with another lender, but when we felt something was off, we began searching elsewhere and found QUALITY, HONEST people at Von Mortgage. Ones who were not there to convince us to switch whatsoever, just •genuine• through and through. Without even hearing what our current lender(at the time) had given us, they straight out the gate had a much better deal that quite literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars🤯(yes, you read that correctly)!
