Cannot recommend Tanner and his team enough! We hired them to develop our raw land for our business. They did all the ground work and installed our arena, round pen, the pad for our barn, hitching post, the runs for the stalls, our fencing, and automatic waterers. Great communication from Tanner and the gentlemen from Silverline. Our house had a break in our main sewer line. They provided a detailed, well priced and fair quote (something we did not get from two other plumbing companies) and they quickly answered all the insurance company's questions to get our claim approved. Once they started work, they communicated well throughout the process and worked hard to damage as little of our yard as possible, even with multiple electric and gas lines in the same dig area. Tanner communicated with a plumber to get him onsite and fix the issue once they exposed the pipe. After work was completed, they cleaned up the street and left the area looking better than I would have ever thought possible after digging an 8X8X8 foot hole. Can't recommend these guys enough for any excavation work, including residential sewer and main line repairs!

Wonderful company with great communication and excellent work! I’m in the country on a dirt road with property and they did a recycled asphalt driveway for me. Like so many other folks have already said, Tanner and his crew were just really great! I talked to Tanner several times on the phone, hired Silverline (they were one of the lower bids), made our plans, then finally met him and the guys at our job site. They were punctual, personable, professional, prepared, and we immediately liked and trusted the whole crew. They got to work immediately and right from the start we knew we had hired the right company. They spent two days clearing and loading and hauling away all the debris (our cabin burned to the ground in the Cameron Peak fire), and did a great job to get us ready to rebuild. We recommend Tanner and his company with enthusiasm and gratitude!

Great service. Only downside was a little extra cost for transport of recycled asphalt from Commerce city to northern Colorado. Virus shut down the local sources. Not Tanner's fault though and the the price was more than fair given the distance. Took 8 hours for three loads.

We manage a large residential property and while Fort Collins was getting slammed with over 15 inches of snow back in late November of 2019, Tanner and his crew came to our rescue. Not only moving large amounts of snow in strategic spots so residents could still access their homes, they removed the thick layers of ice as well. Highly recommend this company!
