Technician got a little frustrated during installation.Would've liked a check on how it would work for all areas of home so understood if more equipment needed for best coverage.We are novices to streaming.

Tanner was absolutely amazing! There was a bit of a delay getting out to our property, but he made sure to keep us updated on details even prior to his arrival. He got in, set up our starlink quickly, tested it for us, and even explained some things in the app to help us troubleshoot should we ever have issues. On top of that, he went above and beyond to get us the best rate that he could! Would not hesitate to contact after5 electronics for any installation!

The tech did the best that he could given the situation but when I informed the office that the job might require additional hardware, (large house, stucco exterior) there was no response. If there was a little more preparation communication, I could have had everything purchased and ready. The additional hardware will be delivered tomorrow and I assume that will be installed by me I’m not sure. Maybe he will return to finish the job, I don’t know. Currently the router is sitting in a window. The only downside is the communication.
