Dear MCB DME Team,I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to MCB DME for the outstanding support and service provided to my mother during her recent treatment.My mom suffers from poor circulation and edema in her legs, and after consulting with her cardiologist, it was recommended that she use compression boots. Unfortunately, our initial submission to the insurance provider was denied. However, thanks to Jenine at MCB DME, the case was appealed with my mom's health provider, and with her expertise, the provider ultimately approved the necessary equipment.Jenine scheduled the installation for my mom for today, May 8, 2025. Robert, the medical equipment specialist, arrived to my mother's house he made the entire experience wonderful. He is truly amazing—a gentleman in every sense of the word. He was respectful, caring, and very informative, taking his time to show us how to use the equipment effectively.The way Robert handled my mom with his gentle hands and wonderful smile made her feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed.I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jenine and Robert for providing such wonderful care to my mom.
