I honestly don’t know where to START! Whewww!! Let me first just say I am so sure now more than I’ve ever been that having the opportunity to work with such an amazing coach had to be orchestrated by God! Her level of skill and top-tier professionalism is unmatched! She is the Coach you never knew you needed because when I stumbled on one of her videos on social media I wasn’t even looking for a coach! I had so many doubts and fears before starting this journey, and not just in what I felt she could offer but in my own ability to show up for myself. she has completely changed that! I’m going to use 3 words to describe my experience with Kim as my coach.Truth – OK if truth is what you are looking for, Kim is the coach for you. I happen to love the truth in all forms because I believe it was what we are all seeking, but sometimes we simply can’t see it. This is where Kim shines as she asks insightful questions and patiently listens (while forming the next question that will put you on pause). I even tried to “wiggle” my way around a question and she quickly caught on, and we were able to get to a very powerful outcome as a result.Tough – Everybody wants the diamonds of life but they don’t want the pressure needed to create them. This is why I liked Kims approach as she cared enough to gently push me through some hard questions and realities I was facing. I’m a better person as a result and pursuing my dream that’s big enough to scare me, but I’m pressing in anyway!Balance – Finally there is a balance of truth and grace, we all need both.
