Our Air conditioner went out so we googled companies that service Midvale. We found Green Line and read a bunch of their reviews and decided to call them. Amber was so nice and got us scheduled quickly. Braeden was out within an hour and found that our fan motor was bad.We wanted the OEM motor and it was a week out, so Braeden went to their shop and brought us a portable air conditioner to use till it came in.We got a call saying the motor came in and Braeden came out and got it installed.We were thrilled with our experience with Green Line and will definitely be referring them to everyone.We are customers for life!

"This is officially the hottest house I've been in this summer," was one of the first things Ben said when he walked into our house.Our AC unit stopped working on a Sunday, and after trying a few things ourself to fix it, we decided we needed some help. When it's 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside your house, you don't want to wait until the next day; and when you have young kids in the house, you CAN'T wait until the next day. We found Green Line on Google and decided to give them a try since their office was in our city. The receptionist reached out to a tech for us, and within 15 minutes we were talking to Ben, the owner of the company. He was at our house within 20 minutes, and was able to replace a couple of parts and get our unit running again in about 40 minutes. I didn't have an expectation of the cost going into it, but I was more than happy with the price.Needless to say, we were extremely grateful that Ben was willing to take time away from his family on a Sunday evening to help us out, and we were thrilled with his service and expertise. We can safely say that we've found our new HVAC and plumbing provider.

I had a water leak in my basement on a Sunday so no plumbing companies were open. I called Green Line Plumbing in the middle of the night and left a message. I had a call by 7am and someone at the house by 8am. Good customer service over the phone and prompt response. Gavin was awesome and made a quick small repair but ultimately we found a bigger problem that needed a lot of work. Our main waterline in our basement had a leak that required that the water line going through the foundation needed to be replaced. We scheduled the excavation and repair with Green Line for another day. Gavin was on time, did all the work professionally, in a timely manner and made sure we were happy.

Greenline was extremely responsive, even late at night (11PM) came out early the next morning to diagnose/repair our AC unit. Ben explained what was wrong, presented a few options for the repair and had it back and cooling within 1 hrs or arriving. 🙏Great company and will use again!!!
