Braeden and Kysen were soooo awesome!! My furnance would not turn on at all so I called Greenline and Ben (the owner) sent out his two best men, in my opinion! They were exceedingly polite and very conscientious. They put little booties on their shoes when they came in so they wouldn’t track anything on my carpet, which I appreciated so so much!!It turns out that they were great and fast detectives because they determined what the problem was even though they neither one had ever heard of or seen what was wrong with my furnace! Turns out it was some switch that would only work if one of the screws was loosened??!!?! They confirmed that my furnace worked when they bypassed the switch and then they put in a new switch and now everything is working beautifully! Considering it was a very unusual situation it was absolutely amazing how quickly they figured it out! They were very polite and pleasant, and I would absolutely invite them back to my house to fix anything that they could in the future

Just had Green Line come out to repair our heater. Top notch service from start to finish. First, a real person answered the phone, not a robot. She was friendly and efficient and had someone out quickly. Braeden came out and diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail to us and fixed it right on the spot. He kept everything clean and neat. The price was very reasonable and I was happy to pay for his expert work and efficient fix. We have had bad experiences with the big companies and I am so happy we've found a reliable, honest, local company we can rely on going forward.

Green Line Plumbing has been great to work with. When we had a kitchen water leak, they responded quickly and did excellent work with the water supply to the appliances. We appreciated their professionalism and prompt service. I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family!

I highly recommend Green Line!! I had a water softener that needed to be replaced. Reasonably priced compared to other bids. They were referred to me by a friend, which says a lot! From Amber coordinating to Ben giving the estimate and Kyson doing the install, everything was perfect. They also came out same day as called and installed next day. During testing it was discovered I had a leak from my bathtub into my utility room. Brady came out and made the repairs needed. Both Ben and Brady answered other questions about my systems with honesty and knowledge. I feel like I have finally found an honest locally owned company. Hard to find theses days. Thanks!!!

This entire team is amazing! I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about Greenline. We’ve had them come out to several of our jobs, and every experience has been outstanding. One experience that really stood out was when Brady helped us remove a fridge that was completely pinned against the adjacent cabinets. He spent nearly two hours working with us to get it out and never once gave up. Most people probably would have called it quits, but Brady stayed until the job was done and even asked if there was anything else we needed before leaving. An absolute workhorse! You can tell Greenline is a company that cares about more than just making money. They genuinely take pride in their work, care about the people they help, and go above and beyond to get the job done right. It's an awesome feeling knowing we have a company like Greenline to call when we need help because we know we're always going to be taken care of. Couldn't recommend this team enough!Thank you.

Always prompt service at a fair price. Ben and all the techs are professional and friendly. They keep me updated during the project. I’ve hired Greenline for regular maintenance and full mechanical replacements at my rental properties and my own home. Most recently they replaced two water tank heaters with a tankless and replaced an old water softener. Ben suggested putting the brine tank in the garage to save us from hauling bags of salt down to the basement. Brilliant! I highly recommend!

We had an unfortunate failure in one of our two tank style water heaters. Ben from Green Line came out quickly and gave me some good replacement options at a reasonable price. We decided to move to a single tankless water heater. The install team, Kysen and Zack showed up shortly after and got to work right away. They took the time to explain the process, some installation options, and answer so if my questions. The same day replacement saved us from having to take cold showers! Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend Granny Line for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

Our Air conditioner went out so we googled companies that service Midvale. We found Green Line and read a bunch of their reviews and decided to call them. Amber was so nice and got us scheduled quickly. Braeden was out within an hour and found that our fan motor was bad.We wanted the OEM motor and it was a week out, so Braeden went to their shop and brought us a portable air conditioner to use till it came in.We got a call saying the motor came in and Braeden came out and got it installed. We were thrilled with our experience with Green Line and will definitely be referring them to everyone. We are customers for life!

Good experience with Green Line Plumbing, Heating & Air replacing an air condition unit. Kysen handled the installation and Braeden came out for the service work. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The work was done well, communication was good, and I was very happy with the end result. I’d definitely use Green Line again and recommend them to others.

"This is officially the hottest house I've been in this summer," was one of the first things Ben said when he walked into our house. Our AC unit stopped working on a Sunday, and after trying a few things ourself to fix it, we decided we needed some help. When it's 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside your house, you don't want to wait until the next day; and when you have young kids in the house, you CAN'T wait until the next day. We found Green Line on Google and decided to give them a try since their office was in our city. The receptionist reached out to a tech for us, and within 15 minutes we were talking to Ben, the owner of the company. He was at our house within 20 minutes, and was able to replace a couple of parts and get our unit running again in about 40 minutes. I didn't have an expectation of the cost going into it, but I was more than happy with the price.Needless to say, we were extremely grateful that Ben was willing to take time away from his family on a Sunday evening to help us out, and we were thrilled with his service and expertise. We can safely say that we've found our new HVAC and plumbing provider.

Unbelievable service! Green Line answered our plea for help when every other company fell through. Braeden was fast, professional, and arrived earlier than expected. Five stars isn't enough—we’ll definitely be using them again!

From the start Amber answering the phone in our sweltering moment coming home to a house with now AC working to the quick response of Ben showing up and helping get us back to a comfortable home was amazing. I'd highly recommend using Green Line!

Had a very good experience! They were able to come out the same day for my AC that suddenly stopped working, which was a huge relief in the middle of this heat. They took the time to explain my options without being pushy or trying to upsell. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and they had our AC back up and running in no time. We really appreciated the fast, honest, and professional service. I would recommend them!
