I had a great experience with this company for my water heater issue. The technician who came out was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in diagnosing the problem.Unfortunately, my unit was out of warranty, and once I factored in labor and parts, the repair cost would have been almost as much as a brand new water heater.Given that, I decided to just replace the unit; and they were able to install the new one that same day, within just a few hours.Overall, a solid company with great service. I never felt pressured toward any particular outcome, which I really appreciated.

Greenline was great to work with. The owner Ben came out on short notice on a Saturday to look at our AC unit that was having issues. Kysen, Braeden, and Zach came out Monday to install a new unit and got everything working again. These guys were professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

This is going to be a long one so buckle up :) I have used Green Line for two big jobs now. Their honesty when helping me with my central air unit made it an easy call when my furnace died. Jeff came out, walked me through all the options from a quick fix to discussing the cost of a new furnace. He walked me through the pros and cons of each, no pressure, no hype. Jeff also noticed a few issues I had with my water heater connections, gas line, PVC vent, and offered to help me out there. I went with the new furnace.That's where Kysen and Braeden come in to the picture. They showed up to install my new furnace. Kysen walked me through what he planned to do so it was clear to both of us what the day would look like at the end. They both introduced themselves to my wife when she came home, very nice guys.I'll skip to the end, they were very fast, and my furnace is working better than ever (when it was new, not the broke down version). Kysen also noticed my expansion tank on the water heater looked like it was leaking so he tested it, it's not good but it wasn't an upsell, just a courtesy heads up. There was also a leaky valve he showed me, same thing, just a courtesy. If you need anything done, go with Green Line, they do great work and they are great people to work with!

It's challenging at best to find a service provider who knows their stuff, let alone one you can trust. My experience with Green Line Plumbing provided both. I called them after getting a quote from another provider. This plumbing company assured me that their quote was competitive (I had used them once before in the past). In fact, the technician told me that the job they were going to do normally costs around $2,500 so they were giving me a great deal as a returning customer for $1,600. Many things about their diagnosis didn't feel right. I originally called them to replace an intake valve on our toilet. After speaking with the technician about our shower squealing, he was positive that we needed to replace our pressure regulator valve, which, after a bit of querying on my part after he left, looked like a job that should come in around $600-$800 depending on the market. Needless to say, there's quite a difference between $800 and $1600.That's when I called Green Line and was able to speak with their owner, Ben. He walked me through the repair and options regarding the choice of hardware and then offered to do the job for $800. Speaking with him was reassuring after what I had been through earlier.He dispatched one of his plumbers the same day. Gavin arrived and after getting up to speed, said that we should test the water pressure to determine if we needed to replace the PRV. He found that the water pressure, if anything, was on the low side. Note that the other technician didn't even bother to test the pressure before launching into the solution he recommended. Gavin said that there was no need to replace the PRV and kindly repaired the toilet for $285, which is a very reasonable price.I'm happy to have found a new HVAC/Plumbing provider. Even happier that I know I can trust the advice they give and the work they provide. Bravo!

Kyson, Braeden and Ben did an excellent job with the installation of our new HVAC system. They installed a brand new hvac system with a line hide to relocate my system intake fan to the side of my house. They were hard working, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. They got it all done in one day and it looks great and works well! I plan on using Greenline Plumbing, Heating, and Air for all of my future hvac needs.

Great experience with the team from Green Line! Very quickly assessed our HVAC problems and put together a proposal to get our system replaced and back up and running. Less than 72 hours from proposal to new system installed! Kysen and Braeden did a fantastic job on the installation. Everything removed, installed and cleaned up in 1 day!
