This woman is wonderful! I have been groomingmy Airedale myself because not only am I sick of explaining how my dog should be cut but HOURS after I drop him off when he comes home he doesn't want to move. He's exhausted! He's older and big and it's a long day for him. Not to mention the cost has been ridiculous to not and had to get what I asked for and had to explain in detail. I wanted to cry when I picked up Cooper he looked AWESOME and was so happy full of energy still. Thank You Again! I almost don't want to tell anyone else how pleased I was because I may not be able to get an appointment next time, but I have been telling anyone with a pet because the price was also much more affordable then the others. This Fantastic Lady knows her stuff. I'm Grateful!

I needed to get my cat groomed and a friend suggested this place. I've had bad experiences before so needless to say I was nervous. When I got there she greeted us so kindly and made sure she introduced herself to my precious baby. My fluff ball took to her so fast which helped relieve some of my worries. Within an hour she contacted me that fluff ball was done and when I walked in she talked me through everything and how well my baby did. When she got fluff ball she looked so cute with a little pink bow. She did so well with my baby and she will from now on be my babygirls groomer.

We took our long haired cat to Platinum Pooch after 2 years of trying to brush and cut his hair on our own. Our cat hated when we’d come near him with a brush. Our cat started to develop matting and was very uncomfortable. Donna was able to wash him and clip his belly fur with no problem! He looks so good! Best decision we could’ve made.
