Dan in sales thoroughly took us through the choices displaying great knowledge and expertise of products to match our needs and wants. Our installation team of Angus, Michael and Jordan did the installation with great enthusiasm and skill, always keeping us informed on the process by continually asking and discussing their progress on how the installation was going and if it was meeting our needs. Dawt our repairer did a fabulous job in patching up the unavoidable cracks and gaps that formed in the older style ceiling plaster around the ducts demonstrating great skill and workmanship! Nothing but constant issues with the system installed. The team at req have been great and trying to get it too work properly but issues every 6 or so month since install . At what point is it just deemed faulty ?While req are a great company and people are fantastic to deal with, the product that they sold me falls short thought u could rely on a samsung.

We had a 10w Mitsubishi ducted Air/con installed, replacing an old evaporative system. What mattered most to us was finding a reliable company, quality of work, care taken, plus competitive price. REQ delivered on all fronts! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.A really genuine company with a fantastic team. Great communication, care and follow through.We happened to have a different size reverse grille to the old one installed, which left a gap to be filled. Kellie rang the very next day to arrange for it to be done and it was fixed perfectly.It’s been 2 months and the system is working really efficiently and so quietly. On 23/03/26 I had a new 10kW Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning unit installed after my old unit (16 yrs) finally gave out. From the repairer who came out and assessed the old unit, the sales & admin staff who provided me with a new quote & answered my many questions, to Tyler and his installation team who attended and removed my old air conditioning system and replaced with them new - their communication and work was seamless.I felt confident at every stage that I had selected the right company. I really appreciated their communication and professionalism. My home was left spotless after the new installation. We recently got the evaporate air conditioner from REQ we were very delighted with the results.I want to thank Daniel Madden the sale consultant for organising everything for the installation and helping us to order a perfect model for our home. He was very kind and professional, he explained everything that was going to happen int the installation day. He made a vision map from the house to see everything where they going to be replaced. He did amazing job for make everything come together.I also want to thank Braydon, Brodie and Angus team for installing the system on the house they did amazing work, they were professional they made sure to explain what was going on with the installation. When installing the ventilation on the ceiling they cover the floors which was nice and they also the cleaned the floors. In the end they explain how to use the remote and everything. Overall the installation was really nice and quick.Thank you so much we are very grateful for our new system installed.So thank you to Daniel, Braydon, Brodie and Angus for making it happen.

I highly recommend the Team at REQ Air Conditioning. After hearing there ad on 5aa I thought i would get in touch and Chris from Sales came our and was amazing. He listen and made suggestions based on our needs and recommend the right unit for out house and budget. That was important to us as had a few other companies provide quotes that were too much. A big shout out to the install team Angus, Michael, Brady and Chris as they had a massive job here as our roof space was quite compact. They team worked through the whole day and evening to get it finished fir us. We had been through the month of Dec with a faulty old unit we were so happy to have it finished and working. Angus and Brodie arrived on time, installed it smoothly without any fuss and left the walls and installation areas clean, taking all the old equipment and packing with them.
