Contracted REQ to replaced my current faulty ducted AC system with a new Mitsubishi system recently. Jai, Brodie, Tyler and Jordan came to my place and did an awesome job to get my old system removed and replaced. They were very friendly and careful with their work. I am very happy with their work and the new system running now.

Very happy with our new ducted air con system. Angus, Jordan and Chris did a great job installing the system to suit our house, like requesting a smaller air vent on the day which was a better fit for our hallway. Great back up support from Chris who sorts out any issues or replies to queries immediately. Happy to recommend REQ.

On 23/03/26 I had a new 10kW Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning unit installed after my old unit (16 yrs) finally gave out. From the repairer who came out and assessed the old unit, the sales & admin staff who provided me with a new quote & answered my many questions, to Tyler and his installation team who attended and removed my old air conditioning system and replaced with them new - their communication and work was seamless.I felt confident at every stage that I had selected the right company. I really appreciated their communication and professionalism. My home was left spotless after the new installation. Thank you to REQ for all your help and for providing such a great service, I appreciated it and we’re enjoying how well our new air conditioner is working.

5 Stars are not enough !! Exceptional customer service from Daniel at site vist and so helpful during the process of ordering. Jai, Jordan and Tyler did an awesome job installing today. They were so friendly whilst very professional and it was clear they take pride in their work and work to their own very high standards as well as those of REQ. Absolutely recommend that you give REQ a call for your aircon or eletrical needs.

We recently got the evaporate air conditioner from REQ we were very delighted with the results.I want to thank Daniel Madden the sale consultant for organising everything for the installation and helping us to order a perfect model for our home. He was very kind and professional, he explained everything that was going to happen int the installation day. He made a vision map from the house to see everything where they going to be replaced. He did amazing job for make everything come together.I also want to thank Braydon, Brodie and Angus team for installing the system on the house they did amazing work, they were professional they made sure to explain what was going on with the installation. When installing the ventilation on the ceiling they cover the floors which was nice and they also the cleaned the floors. In the end they explain how to use the remote and everything. Overall the installation was really nice and quick.Thank you so much we are very grateful for our new system installed.So thank you to Daniel, Braydon, Brodie and Angus for making it happen.
