We were happy to use REQ again as they had installed 3 split systems at my mother in law's house in 2024.My daughter needed some advice regarding a faulty ducted system at Christies Beach. Daniel visited and reviewed the situation over a 4 month period, fluctuating from replacing the old system to installing 2 split systems.Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel as we arrived at replacing the original system but in a different location away from the sea air and salt.The installers Jordan and Mason were equally efficient in completing the job with good explanations throughout the day.I have no hesitation in recommending REQ to friends and family.
