Mr. Javad did an amazing job cleaning my dog’s teeth, and he was extremely kind and professional. He cut my dog’s hair exactly the way I asked, and my dog wasn’t stressed at all — which is very unusual because she usually gets anxious and unhappy everywhere else. I highly recommend going to him.

I recently visited a grooming dog store that truly impressed me. My dog has always been a challenge when it comes to dental care, refusing to let us clean his teeth. After trying various methods, including a vet visit with high prices, we decided to give this store a shot. The staff was incredibly patient and skilled, managing to clean my dog's teeth without any fuss. I was amazed at how gentle yet effective their approach was. I was super happy yesterday see my dog with white teeth again!!! I'm rrally happy to find this placeHighly recommend for any pet owner struggling with grooming issues!

I took my cat to this place and even though they were busy they understood that my cat has some needs and they did a great job and cleaned her and cut his hair. Very friendly people and they know what they are doing. I strongly recommend this place.

I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience.I recommended this groomer to a friend since they were in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing:• The grooming itself was unprofessional (I could have done a better job at home).• One of the dogs was actually injured during the grooming , we noticed bleeding on his head.• On top of that, my friend was overcharged.The worst part is how this has affected the dogs. They are now very shy and hesitant to let us touch them, which is heartbreaking.Pet grooming is not only about looks but also about trust and safety. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this groomer.

my boyfriend took our 1 year old dog for his first grooming experience a week/two ago.we’ve heard horror stories of animals getting treated terribly while at their appointments and owners having to find out until after - or not at all! because of that fear, we wanted to make sure he was treated well and looked after. we trusted the reviews would reflect that and although I wasn’t in agreement of how expensive it’d be, if it meant more attentive care and love, it was worth the price. My boyfriend even tipped and all.Unfortunately about an hour after coming home we realized Milos eye starting to turn red and swollen. From past experience I assumed it was probably shampoo or hair in his eye and it would be fine in the morning.The next day we wake up to his eye full of goop, swollen, closed and red inside. We immediately took him to the vet.At the vet they told us what they didn’t at the groomers. At the groomers, you’re expected to be told about ANY (minor or big) inconveniences. They showed us the cuts near his scrotum. When they checked his eye, it was a cut/scratch. None of this mentioned by the man at luxury pet spa. Not once.Not only was the cut expensive, it resulted in us taking our baby to the vet and pay another $300.I’ve tried calling the place, dmed them on instagram and all they said was “bring him for us to see”. Two weeks after I’ve called on and off and messaged them. TWO WEEKS AFTER.I would never in a million years recommend someone come here, don’t get fooled by the ratings. You go on trusting they’ll care for your pet once they close that door, but it’s a nasty world and this left a really bad taste in my mouth.

❌ My Review on the Grooming ServiceUnfortunately, I have to say this was the worst grooming experience I have ever had. Although Mr. Javad was very polite and friendly with me, I cannot ignore what happened to my dogs.First of all, it was clear that he does not truly care for dogs. He didn’t even bother to call them by their names and only referred to them as “male” and “female.” After hours of brushing, to my surprise, despite my strong request to keep their head hair longer and round, he shaved their heads short. When I asked why, his only answer was: “It didn’t look good long, so I cut it short.”The shampoo he used also had no pleasant smell. In fact, my dogs came home smelling terrible—like vomit—and I had to wash them again myself the same night.What worries me the most is the way my dogs were treated. Since yesterday, one of them refuses to let anyone touch her, not even me. She hides under the bed or couch and runs away from us, something I have never seen her do before. The other one developed severe diarrhea, which only happens when he goes through extreme stress.It was also very obvious that they didn’t have proper access to water and food for a long period of time, because when we got home, they were desperately and abnormally thirsty.I am extremely upset with my choice and truly wish I could turn back time and avoid this terrible experience.
