Just the sheer difference in their quoting versus other contractors along the panhandle is astounding. The Anchored Renovations team is truly amazing, they remodeled our 2-floor residential staircase to be compliant to code and my family is so thankful they were the team to get the job done.

I highly recommend Anchored Renovations! Chris was able to come out the same day I called to give an estimate and then fit me into his schedule the next day for the repairs. He did a phenomenal job getting some studs back in place, installing new drywall and mudding the area. He even came back a few days later to move my washer back in place after I painted one of the walls. Great service by Chris, great customer service by Stephanie and I would absolute use them again for future work!

Chris and his team did an excellent job on all the work they did in my condo. I was especially pleased with their attention to detail. The office staff also did a great job coordinating everything and reassuring a first time "remodeler" who had a thousand questions. Anchored Renovations painted our walls, moved light switches and removed old connections, and replaced the old carpet with wood flooring. I recently hired Anchored Renovations to do the termite damage repairs on our home, they did the repairs in a timely manner and the Anchored crew employees (Billy, Bird, and Tall Guy) did a great job every day cleaning up after themselves each day. We were living in our home while the repairs were being done, so it made for tight quarters. The quality of work performed by the Anchored employees was very good, and we appreciate their hard work, working in such a situation. However we did have some problems with some of the sub contractors work that Anchored used, they were disrespectful and very messy. They also didn’t do the quality of work that I was expecting for the price paid. I would highly recommend Anchored Renovations to the work for any project that your house or business might need. If you have a problem with any of their sub contractors like I did, then let them know about it, just as I did.

I did a complete home renovation (Paint, tile, baseboards, interior doors, exterior doors, windows - all throughout the home. Much more!) 2 years ago with this company. (Tried to leave a review then, but operator error seemed to be happening - I thought it did post but I could not find it! My bad!) They did an awesome job then. I trusted them so much I needed a couple small things done recently, repairs for dogs chewing on my new baseboards and window seals... and altering my pantry some so new fridge door would open. I have recommended this company to many people since and will continue to do so! Everyone is so pleasant, courteous, and seems above all want to make the customer happy! Thanks again everyone!!

I have recently had my house renovated due to a disability. I reached out to several contractors that was on an approved VA list and they all declined due to Navarre being too far away. I finally reached out to two local contractors and ultimately decided on anchored renovations. They were able to do the paperwork to become an approved contractor for the VA and was able to renovate my house to fit all my needs. Great quality Work! If I had any questions or concerns, they answered immediately. I am very grateful for their help.

Highly recommend! We hired Anchored Renovations for a whole home renovation. Our project included wall removal to create an open concept floor plan, complete kitchen and two bath remodel, new flooring throughout, new custom laundry room, large front porch addition, recessed lighting throughout, as well as custom fireplace, kitchen vent hood and oversized kitchen island. Chris and Alanna stood out among the rest from the very beginning. They take pride in what they do and care about making their customers happy.
