This will be long but the details are important to fully understand the extent that Mike went through to "satisfy the customer".I was stranded 2 hours from the shop after hours. Mike waited on the side of the road for over an hour while insurance was straightened out then picked me up, dropped me at my destination and came back for me the next morning, drove me another hour to the shop. It was after hours again and I was offered a ride which was another hour away.I was kept comfortable, fed and treated with kindness, care and concern.My car was thoroughly checked and unfortunately in the end it wasn't the best outcome. I'm leary of shops but Mike from the very start made me feel secure that he was an honestvguy. He did not stop there., he got on the phone with Uhaull and helped there as well. He and some of his team, Marie and Waldo are some of the kindest, caring, professionals that I have EVER encountered. They are an amazing team.I unfortunately don't live in the area so I'm not able to use them but if I did, they most definitely would be my new shop.If anyone is looking for an HONEST, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING place to get diagnostic, maintenence or repair work done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and his team.Thank you for reading!

THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP IS NO LONGER HERE.THERE IS A AUTO REPAIR SHOP AT THIS LOCATION THOUGHThis repair shop is the hidden gem that everybody looks for. I would recommend them to anybody. I've been able to come to them with a variety of issues with my vehicles and they have been able to take care of the problems within a reasonable time. Don't miss out on a good repair shop.

I went in to have my oil pressure sensor replaced yesterday. I brought my own part and in less then 90 minutes they had replaced the part in my Denali. We brought our car in for a smog test and it failed. The technician asked if it had been sitting for a long time, which it had. He said if we put 50 or so miles on it the car would probably pass. We took a drive and when we brought it back, the car passed the smog test. These folks know what they are talking about!
